Cartisan was created after nearly two decades in the specialty cheese industry, where I have built a deep understanding of artisan cheese and what truly makes food experiences memorable.

Over the years, I’ve worked hundreds of events — serving, teaching, and coaching — focused on what makes cheese special and how it elevates any gathering.

After years of working with premium products and food experts, I saw an opportunity to bring real cheese expertise to my local community through thoughtfully designed grazing experiences — and to share that passion more broadly through my social channels.
