Welcome, I'm Amanda!

I’m the founder of Cartisan, a mobile cheese bar created for meaningful celebrations.

After nearly two decades in the specialty cheese industry, I’ve built deep expertise in artisan cheese and live events, serving hundreds of events and gatherings along the way. What I’ve learned is simple: people don’t just remember what they eat — they remember how it feels to share it. And nothing lights people up quite like sharing great cheese.

Cartisan was created to bring that feeling to my local community in a way that feels elevated and approachable. Instead of shared grazing tables, I designed a mobile cheese bar experience where each guest is served an individually styled charcuterie board, prepared at the bar and tailored to the moment.

Whether it’s a nonprofit fundraiser, a gala, or a private celebration, my focus is always on creating space for connection through beautiful food. You’ll usually find me behind the bar, sourcing cheeses, or sharing what I’ve learned along the way — because for me, cheese has always been about bringing people together.
